Our company is based and distributes out of Ohio, with an exclusive agreement and partnership in place with a manufacturer that can build anywhere from one machine to 1000's of machines and back it up with full service, support, and parts. Our custom machines are built to spec and are not off the shelf products for direct purchase. These units can take 6-8 weeks to be custom built, and if additional design or customization is required by the customer then the time may vary. The only systems that are usually stocked and ready to deploy are the Featured & Theme machines,and can take 4-5 weeks turnaround time. Custom built systems can vary in price per unit and may require an NRE (Non-Reccuring Engineer fee). Volume discounts will apply which will decrease the overall costs bringing the final price down. Pricing will also vary depending on volume and options , and any special customization that is required by the customer. Final proposals with the requested options and features will be made available upon request.
IVS offers pre-existing solutions for your automated retail needs. Our off the shelf solutions provide machines that are customized to dispense your products, while maintaining the same general machine. These solutions offer basic machines with a glass front and cash only to machines with large LCD screens, touch screens, receipt printers, credit/debit card readers, custom graphics, and more! It is the easiest/most inexpensive way to customize your own machine to test if automated retail is right for you and/or your company.
IVS also offers our machines and business models as a business opportunity to individuals looking to get into the vending/automated retail industry. We offer most of our off the shelf solutions to individuals looking to enter the industry. These business models include our Baby Stations, Mobil-Tee-Vending, QuickSandal, Umbrellas2Go, and so on. We can also customize machines to fit the business model you are looking to launch. Our company will even help in finding locations for no additional cost, and provide distributors for the product. These Machines are designed to generate revenue in a few different ways. Not only do they sell product, but they are setup to be a marketing and advertising system as well. This is a great feature for marketing departments and product development.
Warranty:
IVS warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) year parts and labor from the date of shipment and to conform to manufacture specifications if not specified.
A special warranty agreement, which does not apply to the standard warranty, will be documented as a Special Line Item on the front portion of the invoice.
Any product, which fails to meet its specifications on delivery, will be replaced or a credit will be issued at our option. IVS makes no warranty on the merchantability, fitness, or application of the products.
IVS shall not be held responsible for any warranty for any product deemed outside of warranty. This warranty shall not include damage to the product resulting from buyers misuse or abuse.
Seller shall reserve the right to make final judgment regarding the nature of the alleged defect.
Note: A special service agreement will be made available for larger retailers and companies that require special needs for various projects. Details will be discussed and agreed upon within a final proposal.
Service:
We may use local authorized third party vending companies to service the equipment, our company will provide the parts if needed. We will coordinate and handle any and all warranty issues that you may need along with phone support.
Our Technician team is here when and if you need us to keep your machines working effectively or to answer any technical questions you may have relating to the innovative technologies on your machines to include computer, hardware, TSV, and LCD issues or concerns.
We handle all the logistics and economics of the machines to allow for a smooth deployment from service to merchandising keeping your upkeep and involvement at a minimum .

We partnered up with Lawrence Merchandising Services a highly reputable company to offer an affordable solution of having your machines filled and taken care of no matter the quantity or locations. Lawrence Merchandising offers service in all 50 states and Canada.
If you require or currently utilize a merchandising company for your stores we would gladly work with your current merchandiser to setup a program with them on our machines and train them on the day to day functions.

We even have these available for individuals that want to purchase these "as is" for a business opportunity.Minimal customization and configuration can be made on these machines for "Your" product ( samples needed) to be set up properly.
Feature and Theme Machines require no engineering fee's and there is no extra costs for "Your" customized graphics to be applied, or to re-configure the dispensing trays for your product. These machines are great when you want to co-brand with our company, a simple process with no initial cost to your company. If you have a location and product, then we have the machines to broaden your brand and market.

To purchase an exclusive licensed machine is also a simple process and the benefits are rewarding. For one, you get an exclusive reputable licensed machine with the ability to sell official licensed product that many consumers recognize and currently purchase.
